This role is explicitly for someone who has founded a company before, taking ownership of either a new product line or growing dictation to a much bigger user base. It suits a generalist who has already carried the whole thing and wants the scope without starting from zero again.

AgentMail is building email and identity infrastructure for AI agents, backed by $6M including General Catalyst. This role owns how the company grows: the channels, the narrative, and the automations, dashboards and operating processes underneath it. It suits a generalist who wants to build the playbook rather than inherit one.

adaption is building a new category of AI and wants someone to build the commercial engine behind it. Sales is only part of it: you'll shape positioning, influence product, and work out what repeatable go-to-market actually looks like, reporting straight to the founders. It suits a generalist who wants a genuine 0-to-1 rather than a territory and a quota.

Catalog is building the data infrastructure that makes retail products understandable and recommendable by AI. As the first go-to-market operator you'll close the first wave of retail and brand customers while building the commercial function underneath you. It suits someone who is happy selling, learning and writing the playbook at the same time.
