About this role

Ravensburger (the 140-year-old games and puzzles giant) needs a Narrative Designer for the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game. You'd build storylines, themes and characters, keep lore consistent across releases by researching Disney properties, and work with game designers and art directors so the narrative actually reinforces the mechanics. A genuinely rare brief: world-building for a hit TCG inside the Disney universe. 2+ years of games narrative, tabletop/TCG experience preferred. Seattle hybrid.

What made this a Translator role?

Translators make the complex simple. They bridge worlds – technical and creative, internal and external, strategic and tactical – and make sure everyone is speaking the same language. If you can distil a 50-page report into a one-page brief, explain code to a CEO, or turn user feedback into a product roadmap, this role is built for you.
