Mercury (banking for startups) wants a marketing leader to make it the category-defining fintech brand for founders. You'd own the narrative around what it means for a tech company to own a bank, run multi-channel brand work (campaigns, editorial content, social, community, experiential), and create earned media that resonates authentically in founder circles. For someone who's built a brand that 'got talked about' and lives in startup culture.
