A scaling UK business looking for someone to own operational systems end-to-end – not maintain them but design and build them. Deep HubSpot or equivalent CRM work, no-code tooling (Make, Zapier, Airtable), APIs and basic scripting, plus the judgment to translate strategy into workflows that actually run. Ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys killing manual work and building the single source of truth.
