About this role

Every wants a hands-on player-coach to build a creative-led growth machine for its AI products and subscriptions. You'll own new MRR, CAC, payback and conversion across UGC, creator programs, paid acquisition, search and CRO. They want someone who walks in unprompted with a plan to grow 10 percent next month, then ships the first experiments themselves.
