About this role

Cogram automates project admin for architecture, engineering and construction firms: RFIs, submittals, field notes, meeting minutes. They are specifically hiring people who have founded something before and want to build again without carrying the whole company.

What made this a Builder role?

Connectors thrive at the intersection of people and ideas. They build relationships, spot patterns across communities, and turn loose networks into tight ecosystems. If you're the kind of person who naturally introduces people, builds partnerships, and sees opportunity in every conversation, this role plays to your strengths.
