About this role

Promise modernises how government agencies and utilities support people in financial difficulty: benefits, assistance programs, flexible payment plans. The deployment strategist works with agencies to get the technology into use, so residents get help and agencies recover revenue.

What made this a Translator role?

Translators make the complex simple. They bridge worlds – technical and creative, internal and external, strategic and tactical – and make sure everyone is speaking the same language. If you can distil a 50-page report into a one-page brief, explain code to a CEO, or turn user feedback into a product roadmap, this role is built for you.
