Own a portfolio of enterprise newsletter customers at beehiiv, from onboarding through renewal, while building the playbooks, programs and AI-powered workflows that help Customer Success scale. beehiiv wants people who take on work outside the job description: you'll run QBRs, handle escalations, drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing and Product, and present the tools you build.
