Every is an applied AI lab. They want someone to own the member experience across a subscriber Slack, live virtual programs and in-person gatherings, then build the systems that let a high-trust community scale without losing its humanity.

The ICA San José is hiring a Director of Development to run its whole fundraising engine, from major gifts and corporate sponsors to membership and the annual Benefit & Art Auction. You'll work with the Executive Director and the Board, and rebuild the membership programme along the way. It's a grant-funded seat for someone who is happy building systems from scratch rather than inheriting them.
