About this role
ALX trains young Africans in tech and leadership skills. The Lagos Community Associate runs events, community platforms and engagement for learners and alumni, online and in person. They want someone organised, people-oriented and comfortable using data to improve the experience.
What makes this a Connector role?
Connectors thrive at the intersection of people and ideas. They build relationships, spot patterns across communities, and turn loose networks into tight ecosystems. If you're the kind of person who naturally introduces people, builds partnerships, and sees opportunity in every conversation, this role plays to your strengths.
