Director of Development
About this role
The ICA San José is hiring a Director of Development to run its whole fundraising engine, from major gifts and corporate sponsors to membership and the annual Benefit & Art Auction. You'll work with the Executive Director and the Board, and rebuild the membership programme along the way. It's a grant-funded seat for someone who is happy building systems from scratch rather than inheriting them.
What makes this a Connector role?
Connectors thrive at the intersection of people and ideas. They build relationships, spot patterns across communities, and turn loose networks into tight ecosystems. If you're the kind of person who naturally introduces people, builds partnerships, and sees opportunity in every conversation, this role plays to your strengths.
