Hera is inventing a new healthcare profession – the Hero, a dedicated senior care expert who handles the 'last mile' 99% of care that happens outside the doctor's office, part social worker, part nurse, part family member. GM of Heroes is the single-threaded owner of Hero performance: defining what 6-star care looks like at the atomic level, building the systems that measure and coach it, and making excellence repeatable across hundreds then thousands of Heroes.
