Customer Success Lead
About this role
Own the entire customer relationship at Tasklet, an AI startup building the cloud agent OS for work. You'll build the customer success function from scratch – onboarding, adoption, retention, support, and expansion. You'll manage sales and support teams, handle enterprise legal and compliance, and build AI-powered playbooks to serve more customers without proportional headcount. $220K-$280K plus 0.25-0.50% equity.
