ARIA (Advanced Research + Invention Agency) is a UK government-backed R&D funding body – think DARPA but British. This Special Projects role sits at the centre of their portfolio, with real latitude to build programmes from scratch: designing science-entrepreneurship initiatives, running the Activation Partners cohort, and creating mechanisms to pull inventors and founders into ARIA's orbit. You need a scientific or technical background, comfort with ambiguity, and the kind of generalist instinct that lets you move between deep research strategy and operational execution. Hybrid in Kings Cross 3 days a week.
