Notion's CX is expanding globally and they need a leader to run CX Enablement – building programs, tools, and training that help support and CS teams serve millions of users well. You'll define how the team learns, escalates, and improves. Cross-functional by nature: you'll work across product, support, and CS to translate complexity into clear guidance. Ideal for someone who sees enablement as a systems problem.
