Senior Partner Operations Change Management Strategist

Mercury runs on a network of banking and payment partners, and this role owns the change-management machinery that keeps those relationships humming. You'd be the liaison between Mercury's product teams and external banking partners – maturing processes, building documentation frameworks, running reporting and feedback loops, coordinating across Risk, Compliance, Legal and Product. Wants 7+ years in financial services/banking ops with 3+ supporting bank partnerships.
