About this role
Lead a 3 million pound annual deployment program rolling out geofencing safety technology across the UK rail industry. You'll manage a team of 3-5 Implementation Managers, oversee the end-to-end rollout of positioning systems that protect 4,000 rail workers, and act as the primary point of contact for major clients. It's a cross-functional role spanning delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
