Fast-growing women's bladder health brand (as seen on BBC Dragons' Den, backed by Eka Ventures + Innovate UK) is hiring their first dedicated ops lead. Jude makes supplements and products that tackle bladder health – a category 1 in 3 women deal with but almost nobody talks about. You'll build operational foundations from scratch as they scale. ~14-person team, founded by Peony Li. A perfect role for an operator who wants to make something that matters.
