About this role

Recruitment platform (1000+ hires, bootstrapped to £2M revenue, doubling YoY) needs a Head of Account Management for a founder-adjacent role – owning revenue, systems, and team with a path to CCO. Effectively a dry run at running your own startup. You'll start hands-on, redesign what's broken using data and AI, then lead and scale the team. Cross-functional operator: founders, top-of-funnel, product, ops. High autonomy, high accountability.
