Founder's Associate
About this role
Founders Associate at Riplo, working alongside two co-founders and the Chief of Staff across fundraising, hiring, partnerships, go-to-market, investor relations and operations. A force multiplier role at an AI startup rebuilding consulting workflows.
What makes this a Innovator role?
Innovators build things that didn't exist before. They combine technical skill with creative vision and thrive in environments where the playbook hasn't been written. If you're someone who gets energy from ambiguity, loves prototyping, and would rather invent a new approach than follow an existing one, this is your kind of role.
