About this role
Wildkind runs a set of family-friendly festivals and needs someone to own the safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of every event on the ground. The role spans site logistics, build and breakdown, crew and supplier management, infrastructure, AV, and live show-running across three festivals. You will also author safety documentation, manage incident response, and recruit and lead freelance crews, so it is a genuinely cross-functional operations job.
