Event Co-ordinator and Administrator

event coordination administration stakeholder management project management Remote (work from home)

About this role

The School of International Futures runs events and training programmes that help organisations think long-term. This role owns those events end-to-end, coordinating distributed teams and liaising with faculty, clients, and partners while juggling several projects at once. It suits an organised generalist who likes the mix of logistics, administration, and stakeholder wrangling, and can keep everything clear in a fast-moving, remote setup. It is a self-employed contract role and applications close 2 August 2026.

What makes this a Systems Thinker role?

Systems Thinkers see the whole chessboard. They understand how changing one piece affects everything else, and they design processes, strategies, and structures that account for complexity. If you naturally think in feedback loops, love mapping how things connect, and get frustrated when people solve symptoms instead of root causes, this role is for you.
