Same company as above – Joyful Health is building an AI financial OS for independent healthcare practices, rebuilding how $125B of uncollected revenue gets recovered. Customer success has been carried by the founding team's real relationships with practices so far, and now they need a Director to turn that into a proper function. You're inheriting strong, trust-deep customer relationships and scaling them into something repeatable.
