An extremely high-agency generalist to work alongside the founders of AgentMail. No clean job description, by design: own company operations, founder operations, hiring and candidate experience, events and community, and ambiguous special projects that may have nothing to do with one another. No prior operations experience required, just ownership and excellent judgment.
