Business Systems Manager – Customer and Commerce
About this role
Lead Gymshark's customer and commerce technology ecosystem, spanning Shopify ecommerce, POS, martech, and customer support systems. You'll manage a team of system administrators, keep the platforms stable and optimised, and partner across the business to get the most out of its technology. It's a cross-functional role that sits between systems ownership, team leadership, and commercial priorities.
