Figma needs a senior HR generalist to be the go-to People partner for leaders across Japan, Singapore, India, and Australia. You would handle org design, coach senior leaders, untangle team friction, and shape a people strategy that fits each market's laws and culture. It fits a generalist comfortable spanning operations, strategy, and messy human dynamics across very different countries.
