You'd own design strategy and execution for major platform components, turning behavioural insights into experiences that reduce friction and build trust, lead discovery and research, and mentor other designers. 7+ years product design. You'd sit with the Growth Marketers and build AI agents – using frameworks like Claude and Gemini – to manage and scale the entire campaign workflow across B2C and B2B channels.
