Project Manager

Project Management Campaign Ops Climate Charity £35,000 pro rata Remote (UK)

About this role

Everyday Plastic is the UK charity behind The Big Plastic Count – the largest ever household-plastic-waste investigation, with 540,000+ people taking part. They campaign to expose excess plastic production and drive policy and corporate action to cut it. The Project Manager keeps it all running: coordinating campaigns, partners and operations across a small team punching well above its weight. Remote (UK), 3 days/week, 12-month rolling contract, £35k pro rata. Application deadline 3 July.

What makes this a Systems Thinker role?

Systems Thinkers see the whole chessboard. They understand how changing one piece affects everything else, and they design processes, strategies, and structures that account for complexity. If you naturally think in feedback loops, love mapping how things connect, and get frustrated when people solve symptoms instead of root causes, this role is for you.
