The bet: every knowledge worker will have an agent managing their career, every company one helping them hire, and connecting those agents is new labour-market infrastructure. This role owns engagement for that segment: the strategy, the communication channels (Leader Summits, hubs, toolkits, office hours, AMAs), the editorial calendar, the playbooks that take operational burden off field Community Managers, and the measurement that proves business impact.
