Promise is govtech for dignity – they modernise how government agencies and utilities support people in financial difficulty, helping residents access benefits and set up flexible payment plans. Team pulled from Palantir, Google, Stripe plus actual government leaders, backed by Reid Hoffman, Howard Schultz and YC. This is a BizOps Associate role for someone ~2 years post-MBA who wants strategic and operational projects directly with leadership at a company YC named its #1 govtech startup.
