About this role
Hadrian builds autonomous factories for aerospace and defence – rockets, satellites, jets, ships – up to 10x faster and 2x cheaper than the incumbents. They're opening a 290,000 sq ft Factory 3 in Arizona, expanding into naval production, and launching Factory-as-a-Service. This is a customer-facing program manager leading complex cross-functional execution across internal R&D buildouts and external defence programs. Backed by Lux, Founders Fund and a16z.
