Joyful Health is the AI financial operating system for healthcare practices – a startup attacking the $125B that US practices leave uncollected every year because billing is chaos. The founders spent 10 months working as fractional CFOs for real practices before building the product, and have just raised from the founders of MongoDB and KAYAK. You'd be Chief of Staff to the CEO as they scale, ideally someone with prior CoS experience and appetite for very broad, very high-leverage work.
