Hera is inventing a brand new profession in American healthcare – the Hero, a dedicated senior care expert covered by insurance so every family can have one. This is founding BizOps on the Apollo Unit, working on the supply side of that challenge: how do you scale human expertise when there aren't enough experts to go round? You'll unbundle what a Hero does and broaden who can become one, reporting into leadership on a problem that only gets harder (and more important) as America ages.
