Be the force multiplier for the CEO at a mission-driven startup that shifts consumer spending toward high-impact nonprofits (recognized by Forbes, Cannes Lions, and SXSW). You'll define company OKRs, coordinate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Ops, own cross-departmental special projects, and build the culture that keeps a fast-scaling team aligned. $170-180k + equity.
